I began sipping six cups of Tava Tea a day and the results were almost instantaneous.

Within a month “‘d l9ost a stone. Not only that, I no longer craved takeaways or big portions. At last I had the motivation to stick to healthy stir-fries and salads.

It’s been nine months since I began religiously sipping Tava Tea and I’ve lost 4 stone.

I have shrunk to a size 18 and I know I’ll reach my size 14 goal. these days Daniella calls me Skinny Minnie. It feels great.

I have lots more energy and David loves my slimming, fitter figure. It’s taken me a while but I have finally got my happy ending.
