The age of the tea is important. Typically, the fresher the tea, the better it tastes.
However, Puerh teas are like fine wine – they get better with time. Store tea in a dark place as light damages the quality – so no storing it in glass jars on the kitchen windowsill.
Dr T has developed his own unique brew, Tava Tea Wellness Blend, that he says is tops for taste and wellbeing.
